Florian and Ashi's Dreamy Creamy Soursop Fruit Cup

INGREDIENTS
2 star apples (green ones with white flesh)
2 mangoes, ripe
2 cups soursop flesh
1 brown coconut, grated
A few leaves of mint
METHOD
- Cut star apple in half.
- Scoop out the flesh.
- Cut into quarters.
- Slice off cheeks of mango.
- Dice flesh into a large cube.
- Mix the star apple and the mango.
- Reserving three tablespoons of the grated coconut, squeeze the rest into coconut cream with a very little hot water.
- Squeeze and strain flesh of the soursop and add to star apple mix.
- Add coconut cream and mix ingredients well.
- Serve with finely chopped mint leaves and grated coconut flesh.
