Florian and Ashi's Dreamy Creamy Soursop Fruit Cup

INGREDIENTS

2 star apples (green ones with white flesh)
2 mangoes, ripe
2 cups soursop flesh
1 brown coconut, grated
A few leaves of mint

METHOD

  1. Cut star apple in half.
  2. Scoop out the flesh.
  3. Cut into quarters.
  4. Slice off cheeks of mango.
  5. Dice flesh into a large cube.
  6. Mix the star apple and the mango.
  7. Reserving three tablespoons of the grated coconut, squeeze the rest into coconut cream with a very little hot water.
  8. Squeeze and strain flesh of the soursop and add to star apple mix.
  9. Add coconut cream and mix ingredients well.
  10. Serve with finely chopped mint leaves and grated coconut flesh.
