Sera and Milly's Tuna Salad

TEAM FIJI

INGREDIENTS

¼ kg Tuna (skinless and boneless)
2tsp Soy Sauce
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Ginger
1 Tomato
1 each Red and Green Capsicum
Small bunch of Coriander
Small bunch of Watercress
¼ Pineapple
Dash of Virgin Coconut oil

METHOD

  1. Cut Tuna into cubes, marinate in a bowl with Soya sauce, lemon juice, garlic, ginger and Virgin Coconut oil for ½ an hour.
  2. Dice the tomatoes, red and green capsicum add to the fish mixture after it has marinated, add the coriander and leave for another 5 minutes to allow the flavours to develop.
  3. Place the watercress on the plate, add the pineapple and Virgin Coconut Oil.
  4. Add the marinated Tuna on the side.
