Sera and Milly's Grilled Mahimahi with Ota and Mashed Green Banana

INGREDIENTS

6 pieces of Mahimahi
1 tbsp Virgin Coconut oil
Salt and Pepper
6 nearly ripe Bananas
1 Brown Coconut
2 stalks of Lemongrass
One bunch of Ota

METHOD

  1. Marinate Mahimahi in a bowl with oil, lemongrass, salt and pepper for 20 minutes.
  2. Grill the bananas with skin on for 20 minutes , while the bananas are cooking grate the coconut. Once bananas are cooked Peel and mash then mix with grated coconut, salt and pepper.
  3. Blanch Ota (Plunge into boiling water and then immediately into cold water, drain well).
  4. Grill Mahimahi with oil and lemongrass for 20 minutes.
  5. Place mashed banana on Platter then add blanched Ota and grilled Mahimahi.
  6. Top with dried chilli flakes (Optional).
