INGREDIENTS

20 Pele leaves
3 Cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Virgin Coconut oil or other Cooking oil

METHOD

  1. Blanch pele in hot water (Plunge into boiling water for two minutes and then remove and put straight into cold water, allow to drain).
  2. In a medium hot frying pan add cooking oil.
  3. Add the Pele to the fry pan and toss.
  4. Add the garlic and cook until soft.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
