INGREDIENTS
20 Pele leaves
3 Cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Virgin Coconut oil or other Cooking oil
METHOD
- Blanch pele in hot water (Plunge into boiling water for two minutes and then remove and put straight into cold water, allow to drain).
- In a medium hot frying pan add cooking oil.
- Add the Pele to the fry pan and toss.
- Add the garlic and cook until soft.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
