Mafi and Mia's Green Papaya Salad

INGREDIENTS

½ medium sized Green Lesi (Papaya)
1 inch thumb Ginger
2 tsp Fish sauce
1 Fresh chilli

METHOD

  1. Peel the Lesi, cut in half and scrape out the seeds.
  2. Chop one half of the Lesi into big pieces for grating.
  3. Grate the lesi into a clean bowl.
  4. Add the ginger and a bit of fresh chopped chilli and a little fish sauce and mix well, taste and adjust if you need to by adding more fish sauce or chili.
