Mafi and Mia's Green Papaya Salad

INGREDIENTS
½ medium sized Green Lesi (Papaya)
1 inch thumb Ginger
2 tsp Fish sauce
1 Fresh chilli
METHOD
- Peel the Lesi, cut in half and scrape out the seeds.
- Chop one half of the Lesi into big pieces for grating.
- Grate the lesi into a clean bowl.
- Add the ginger and a bit of fresh chopped chilli and a little fish sauce and mix well, taste and adjust if you need to by adding more fish sauce or chili.
