	INGREDIENTS
1 CUP DICED KUMALA (SWEET POTATO)
1 CUP DICED PUMPKIN 
3 TBSP COOKING OIL
1 CUP DICED EGGPLANT
1 CUP CHERRY TOMATOES
1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
1 TBSP HONEY
 
	METHOD
- BRING A POT OF WATER TO THE BOIL AND ADD SALT, THEN KUMALA.
- AFTER 4 MINUTES THEN ADD PUMPKIN.
- COOK ALL INGREDIENTS UNTIL  JUST TENDER.
- TAKE ALL INGREDIENTS OUT FROM HOT POT, DRAIN  AND LET  COOL.
- IN A FRYING PAN ADD COOKING OIL AND FRY EGGPLANT UNTIL ITS COOKED.
- MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN A CLEAN BOWL AND  ADD THE LEMON JIUCE AND HONEY MIXED TOGETHER IN A SEPARATE BOWL, IT IS NOW READY TO SERVE, (SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER IF DESIRED).
