Mafi and Mia's Caramelized Banana with Virgin Coconut Oil and Fresh Coconut Cream

INGREDIENTS

2 FRESH RIPE BANANAS
15 G BUTTER
2 TSP VIRGIN COCONUT OIL
100 MLS COCONUT CREAM
100 MLS HONEY
1 LEMON LEAF

METHOD

  1. CUT THE BANANAS WIDTHWISE, AT LEAST 4 CHUNKS PER BANANA.
  2. MELT BUTTER IN FRYING PAN.
  3. ADD COCONUT OIL INTO PAN.
  4. ADD ALL SLICED BANANA INTO FRYING PAN.
  5. FRY BANANA UNTIL BOTH SIDES ARE BROWN, TAKE OUT AND PLACE IN A BOWL.
  6. ADD HONEY INTO THE PAN AND PUT BACK ON THE HEAT UNTIL SLIGHTLY THICKENED, PUT IN THE LEMON LEAF.
  7. KEEP CARAMALISING UNTIL SAUCE IS REDUCED AND DRIZZLE WITH FRESH COCONUT CREAM.
